You can't be too careful. We've built our business on being there when you're not. We Visit your home - inside & out - and look for exactly what you'd look for. Windows and Doors; Pool & Grounds; Leaks & Locks. We check them all - that's why we're called HomCheck. We're a part of the Coachella Valley.

We were constantly asked "Who do you know that could check on our home while we're gone?" We just never had a good answer. So we decided to be the answer.
We will consistently visit your home while you're away from home. We'll check over 100 things on each trip and we'll send you a report. You'll have peace of mind that your home here in the Coachella Valley is just fine.
What if we find something wrong? We have a list of competent, reliable service providers that you can call. We'll provide opening services for them, if you like, so that you don't have to.

Visual check for pests and infestations
Flush toilets, run faucets and check for any leaks
Visual inspection of dishwasher/clothes washer for leaks
Confirm smoke detector batteries active
Visual check of water heater for leaks
Visual check of circuit breakers
Visual check of temperature settings
Confirm windows secure
Visual confirmation that small appliances are unplugged
Check refrigerator/freezer to ensure operational
Confirm "away" temperature setting on HVAC
